1. Do you offer a printed catalog?
Mieg Co. Inc. does not offer a printed catalog. We felt that it was best to display our merchandise on the internet so that we could show them to you direct, without the need for a representative to burn fossil fuels on sales visits.

2. My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
You can check the status of your order online.

For packages shipped using Canada Post or the US Postal Service
Packages shipped via the postal service sometimes take longer than expected. Priority mail is usually reliable, getting the packages there in 2-3 days, but can take longer. First class mail packages can take a week or more to arrive.
We ship everything from our Kitchener, Ontario Location, so you can estimate how long it may take based on that. We have seen 6-7 day averages for packages to arrive in British Columbia.

If after 10 business days, your package has still not arrived, send an e-mail to customercare@boxxxers.com so that we are aware of the status. We will advise you as to the next steps at that time.

3. Are the sizes of your boxer shorts accurate?
We have found that our underwear is true to size. That is, the actual sizes accurately reflect the listed waist size. To date we have not heard of any problems with the cotton boxers having excessive shrinkage in the laundry when washed according to the manufacturers instructions.

4. How much will they shrink?
100% cotton boxers will experience shrinkage from 5% to 12% depending upon the washing and drying methods.

Manufacturers recommendations for laundering our garments are located on the waistband of the product.

6. How often do you get new styles?
Mieg Co. Inc. is dilligent in making sure the characters we build under our boxxxers(tm) brand are just as funny as the original releases. We are looking to add new charcters consistently. Should you have a suggestion for new or interesting characters, we invite you to send an email here

7. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cheque, Money Order, Certified Cheque, VISA, M/C, AMEX; PayPal as payment methods.

Check or money orders do not ship until payment has been received.

All prices on our site are in CAN Dollars.

8 . How do I exchange (or return) my order?
We stand behind our product and service. We will gladly return or exchange any order in accordance with our return policy.

9. Can I write a special message inside the box?
Yes. The inside on the package is designed so you may write a personal message to the recipient.
