Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted without prior approval and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all orders.
We at Mieg Co. Inc. have made it our policy to purchase only first quality merchandise from suppliers that we feel are reputable. We acquire samples of all products before purchasing them and then wash and wear each style before deciding to offer it to our customers. We feel this is the best way to ensure your satisfaction.
Time Limitation:
All items for return or exchange must be returned within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Items returned after 15 days require special care and attention. If you initiate a return after 15 days, we will process the return subject to a 20% restocking fee or send the item back to you at our discretion.
At Mieg Co. Inc. we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. We thank you for honoring these return policies, so that we can continue to bring you many more fun styles of boxer shorts in the future.
Refunds:
We will gladly accept the return of new/unused merchandise within 15 days of your receipt with original packaging. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling as soon as we receive the merchandise in saleable condition. All tags must still be attached.

Exchanges:
New merchandise may be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 15 days of your receipt. Tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new saleable condition. Inventory cannot be guaranteed to be available. We may, at our discretion, contact you if the substitute is not available or issue a refund in place of an exchange. Exchanges may be subject to reshipment charges to cover postage costs.
Defects:
For defective merchandise, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. For merchandise that has slipped through the quality control processes of our manufacturers, please send us CLEAN (with original packaging, new/unused with tags attached) merchandise back along with a description of what the defect was. At our discretion, we will either replace the merchandise or refund your purchase price (minus 20% restocking fee).
All defect claims must be made within 15 days of original receipt.
Please note that improper washing or over-stretching of materials is not considered a manufacturers defect. Manufacturers defects are rare, but typically would include unraveling seams, improper stitching, or imperfections in the printing.
